mexican hot chocolate cookies
*made these the other night and they were a huge success at work! I only used 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder (wasn’t sure how 1/2 tsp would work, but I will definitely use more next time!) also, depending on how familiar you are with mexican hot cocoa, you might want to add a touch bit more cinnamon into the dough.
